There are no fees to you as a tenant for my services.
Elena has been involved in real estate for fifteen years. She has had a successful track record representing buyers and renters in locating pet friendly rentals throughout Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, Woodland Hills and surrounding communities.
Having a background in Southern California real estate sales, leasing and finance gives Elena a unique local insight and knowledge about the Los Angeles community and enables her to deliver valuable, incomparable guidance. She will negotiate with new landlords on her client's behalf to allow families to bring their beloved cats and dogs with them to their new home.
